Actress Kate Hudsun Posts her BUM in Instagram !

Kate Hudson is the living embodiment of what she preaches, as she took to Instagram to showcase her toned body and beautiful naked bottom with a Throwback Thursday photo, People reports.

The 37-year-old actress posed in front of a curtained window, with a piece of furniture spelling out the word “LOVE” near her. Darren Ankenman reportedly took the photo. The Instagram photo served to promote Hudson’s new book Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body.

 “#tbt,” the mother of two wrote on Instagram, along with the risqué pic. “#PrettyHappy #LOVE #AlmostFriday,” Kate captioned the photo.

Kate looked equal parts divine and sexy as she posed with her backside facing the camera, her shadowed silhouette highlighting her beautiful curves.

The Almost Famous actress has recently made a name for herself as a health and fitness guru by releasing her book Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body in February. Her holistic approach to health and fitness has worked wonders not only for her body but also for her general well-being, Hudson told People.

“Our bodies are one large chemistry experiment,” says Hudson, whose high alkaline diet consists mostly of tofu, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, as she has suggested to readers in her book.

In her book, Kate wrote that eating lean meat is fine but should be limited since animal protein has a “highly acidic effect on the body and causes inflammation.”

“After a lot of trial and error, I’ve figured out how not to overthink what I eat,” she wrote. “I don’t restrict myself … I’ve learned to enjoy new foods and new ways to be inside my body – and there are always new options to discover.”

Aside from eating right and working out on a regular basis, Kate says that daily meditation has been integral in her health and wellness routine.

“This is a key part of my daily routine, even if it’s just five minutes when I focus and quiet my mind. Typically, I concentrate on a color and set intentions such as clarity, peace, calmness and love. I focus on these intentions and breathe.”

In Shape magazine’s June cover interview featuring the actress, Hudson said that while she isn’t a planner, that hasn’t posed a problem for her when it comes to staying fit.

“When I exercise, I need to connect to myself and see how I’m feeling at the moment, because my mood is constantly changing,” she explains. “Some people need structure and a regimen, but I’m not a planner.”

As such, Kate Hudson doesn’t have a fixed workout routine, but rather uses whatever tool is available at her disposal. Her being a Colorado native, the actress loves the outdoors. When she visits Amsterdam, she hops on her bike to enjoy the city’s sights and attractions. When she doesn’t have access to a gym, Kate uses apps like QE2, Hot5, and Sworkit to work up a good sweat, even for only a few minutes.

Kate Hudson has shown numerous times in the past that she loves her body and doesn’t have any qualms about flaunting it.

In January, her personal stylist Sophie Lopez posted an Instagram image showing Kate lounging naked in a bathtub, captioning it with, “#JustAnotherDayAtTheOffice. “Omg! You’re so fired! #Fabletics,” Kate joked back.
